Space: Each villa is set on private plot of 1500 m2 with a private pool, surrounded by lush tropical gardens for complete privacy and a maximum of personal space.

Design: The villas are designed in two buildings
(separate living room) with amenities of the highest standard, including made-t0-measure wooden furniture self-produced in our carpentry.

Luxury kitesurfing: Paje is one of the top spots for kitesurfing in the world and our family-sized kitesurfing school offers private and semi-private kitesurfing lessons 6 months per year (15th Dec. – 15th Mar. to 15th Jun. – 15th Sept.)

Eco-responsible: Sustainable energy reliant thanks to: solar panels, solar water heating as well as a wind turbine.

Community and environmental activities: recycling, limitation of single use plastics,
production of water through our desalination plant, partnerships with NGOs and local orphanage among others.

The Family Two-bedroom villa contains two en-suite 55 m2 bedrooms connected by an external staircase.

Each room includes a king size bed (that may be converted to twin upon request), an indoor rainshower, two sinks, wardrobe and separate toilets.

Additionally, the villa includes: a separate living room unit with stunning high ceiling roof, a large terrace, private pool, 750 m2 of private plot and an external bathroom with outdoor shower and bathtub.

The Deluxe rooms are individual rooms located in the Five-bedroom villa.

Guests staying in these rooms share common villa amenities such as villa entrance, lounge and kitchen, as well as resort amenities.

The room has a private bathroom with rainshower, 2 sinks, desk, mini-bar, wardrobe and terrace or balcony.

Located on the either the ground floor or top floor of the villa, the Deluxe rooms comfortably host 2 adults in the 55 sqm en-suite room which includes a private balcony and terrace.

The room has access to the hot tub located in the recreational area of the villa, and the main pool located by the restaurant.
